About the Role: Advert writing Resume screening Phone screening Reference checking Candidate management Face to face interviews and registration of candidates Database management, including data entry General administrative tasks Mobilisation of candidates
Applicants must demonstrate: Excellent computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to work in high pressure situations and to work in a team or autonomously A high level of initiative and a keenness to learn and adapt to changing situations Excellent interpersonal skills and be a very confident communicator. Sound verbal and written communication skills including good telephone skills A current drivers licence A good understanding of blue collar tickets and licenses and the requirements of the warehouse, manufacturing & civil construction sector would be desirable.
Prompt career progression to Account Manager in a blended role is available for those who have a desire to take there future in this direction. You will be introduced to warm customers to manage and given the support to grow.
This position is for an asap start in our Newcastle office.
