The Role: Great opportunity to grow into a career in Recruitment / Labour Hire. Work closely with our Recruitment Consultants while providing office administration support. Full time hours: Mon-Fri - 8:30am to 5pm.
The ideal applicant will have a sound administrative skills / experience & be looking to start a new career in Recruitment or have previous Recruitment industry experience.
This role will see you supporting our business to source best available candidates across a variety of blue collar roles such as trades, labourers, operators & stores / warehouse.
You will need to have a confident clear phone manner, ability to follow procedures to conduct reference checks, preparing candidate summaries, and data entry.
Essential to the Role: Excellent attention to detail. Capacity to multi-task and prioritise Confident in working in an office environment Excellent phone skills. Knowledge and application of MS packages Experience with FastTrack 360 or earlier versions would be an advantage but not essential.This position is for an asap start in our Newcastle Office
