We are currently seeking a positive, highly motivated, Administration Assistant /Office All-Rounder to join our team.

This role will see you draw upon your existing administration and reception experience whilst also developing new skills in a supportive environment.
Being someone who likes to get things done, you will be energised to achieve exceptional service levels by solving problems and helping people, face to face, via email and on the phone.

Like most roles of this nature, there are a few 'must haves' specifically you will need to demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills and intermediate level MS Office Skills. Your responsibilities will include, and not be limited to :Assist resource team with the processing & coordinating of new-starters;Assist team with the raising of purchase orders;Ability to perform a variety of roles and can multitask;Strong attention to detail and accuracy;Assisting team members as needed;General office duties;Strong organisational skills and efficiency focusedAccounts experience advantageous but training will be provided in a supportive environment
