The role is to work Monday to Friday 07:00am - 15:00pm. Flexibility is required as we are in peak you might be required to work longer hours. Pay rate is $28.36 per hour.
Inbound Coordinator responsibilities are as follows;
- Capable of planning and executing day to day activities in a safe, professional, efficient and customer focused manner.
- Planning and distribution of Inbound deliveries to Transport & operational teams
- Creation and Ensuring manifest and paperwork compliance in all loads.
- Monitoring and enforcing systems use, with compliance and accuracy.
- Ensure Effective communications with Customers & senior management at all levels.
- Reporting and notification of discrepancies to on time delivery of goods.
- Provide direction and assistance to operational teams & promote improvement in customer service.
- Creation and distribution of various reports as required by the WA Freight & Customer Service Manager.
In order to succeed in the role the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Strong data entry and MS office skills
- Strong verbal and written communications skills, including the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of business
- The ability to work as part of a team, while taking responsibility for specific functions.
- Experience in the transport industry as well as prior SAP experience would be advantageous
- Fully vaccinated required
