Our national client is seeking an office manager / administrator to assist with the day to day running of a family friendly organisation with room for long term career growth
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 (plus Super, annual leave, employee benefits scheme)
Position Location: Darwin - NT
Ongoing permanent - Full time Monday to Friday office hours
Our client has an opportunity for a professional and highly organised office administrator
Your responsibilities will be broad and focus on the smooth running of the business. Your role will encompass:
- Meeting and greeting customers and stakeholders via phone email online messages and in person
- Coordinate the administrative functions of the business
- Supervise and manage ordering and supply of stationery
- Management of the telephone systems
- Data entry using multiple inhouse databases
- Assisting with the compilation and generation of regular reports
- Providing key administrative support
The successful candidate will possess the following
- Previous administrative experience
- Strong communication and Customer Service skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to adhere to business procedures
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the business and clientele
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Tech-savvy with ability to navigate across multiple databases and systems
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Data entry accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a pressured environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
You will have a positive and proactive nature, strong communication skills and be proficient in MS Office.
