job detailsRandstad are working closely with a reputable client within the energy sector who are seeking a Customer Service agent.
In this role you will join a small and supportive team in the Northern suburbs, full training will be provided, most important thing to be successful is attitude and willingness to learn and progress.
Working within a supportive team environment you will be responsible for providing high quality customer service. You will have high communication skills and be able to liaise with customers, installers, technicians, system owners and wholesalers. The calls can be varied and they are looking for you to bring your personality to this role.
In order to be successful you will possess:
- Strong customer service experience.
- Strong administration experience.
- Priority-setting and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent computer skills.
Duties will include:
- Supporting customers via phone, email and webchat.
- Triaging technical calls and referral to relevant department.
- Conduct check in calls with existing customers.
- Support sales team with campaigns.
- Ad- hoc general administrative tasks.
