Job Description
The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Deliver outstanding levels of service to clients by providing overall campaign strategy and exceptional attention to detail through to delivery.
- Establish strong relationships with clients and ensure marketing campaign plans are achieving ticket sales objectives.
- Work with the digital advertising team to develop research and insights for each show.
- Brief all media requirements (digital and traditional) and work with media team to ensure partnerships are negotiated and appropriate media plans are developed.
- Hold strong relationships with all third party suppliers that are beneficial to the delivery of all marketing campaigns such as printers, production companies.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will possess:
- Minimum 8+ years' experience as a Senior Account Manager in a fast paced entertainment agency, producer or associated organisation, and proven track record of successful client management.
- To work collaboratively with the full client servicing team, from Managing Partner and Managing Director, other Account Directors, Creatives and Digital Production teams
- Highly process driven operator with an outstanding ability to multi-task, with high attention to detail
- Delivery of full service campaigns
- Financial acumen essential for managing client budgets
- Problem solving skills
