Randstad is looking for customer focused and sales driven individuals to join a fun and energetic culture for a full time - permanent position conveniently based in the CBD! You will be joining a successful community support team with a focus of providing excellent end to end customer experience.

- Proven experience in providing excellent customer service and rapport building
- Previous experience working and achieving KPIs and targets
- Sales or support experience within a contact centre environment
- Confident and positive can-do attitude
- Ability to problem solve and negotiate
- Team player and results driven
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Highly adaptable to new softwares and programs
- The drive for continuous improvement and career progression

Role Details :

- Answering incoming calls and providing outstanding customer service
- Ability to trouble shoot and assist with customer enquires, with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Being a brand advocate and community leader within the customer support team
- Ability to build strong relations with their customers
- Rotating roster - Monday through to Sunday 8am to 8pm
- Must be willing to obtain and pass a police clearance
- Must be available to commence on 6th June 2022 if successful
