Job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working motivated person that is passionate about providing excellent customer service to our clients whilst also allocating and managing our employees to site.You will be responsible for day-to-day allocations of staff, vehicles and equipment. You will also be responsible for administrative work such as timesheets, invoices review & checking safety documents, data entry and document control. This person will need initiative to work unsupervised, and comfortable with site visits when needed in order to ensure our Traffic Controllers are maintaining our high standards.
The Ideal Candidate will possess the following essential skills and experience:Experienced in recruiting and onboarding staffComputer literateReliable and PunctualGood with problem solvingConfidentAble to work in a fast-paced work environment Experienced in Traffic Control Flexible Out of hours client calls is part of this roleProfessional in appearanceAn excellent communicator and confident on the phonePolite & courteousExperience developing Traffic Guidance Schemes & Traffic Management Plans in accordance with relevant legislation, policies and procedures
Please note that the following must be obtained as an absolute minimum: NSW WorkCover Construction Induction CardTraffic Controller & Implement TCPsPWZTMP (an advantage)Current full drivers licence
