Job Description
The Customer Account Manager will be responsible for the existing Business development in retail sales looking after the P&L of the business, including turnover, profitability, trade spend and Market share delivery, maintain the accounts and how to plan future forecasts, increase business with current category and accounts. Managing large retail partners such as Aldi and Costco.
The Successful Applicant
- Strong customer account management experience in an FMCG environment.
- Must understand retail side of the business.
- Deliver key Category Team initiatives, e.g. Price Increases, Brand Activation, NPD
- Must have strong communication and negotiation skills
- Must have good customer facing experience
- An understanding of Aldi and Costco will be a distinct advantage.
