This is a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished Finance Manager to join an industry leading ASX with a Melbourne head office. The Challenge

Leading the management of the group's reporting obligations, you will be instrumental in supporting the executive team with meaningful financial information. You will have a broad range of responsibilities including:
Oversight of the monthly consolidation process and month end close, including ensuring the integrity of Group financial results Integral involvement with the delivery and accuracy of the Group annual report and half year report Assisting the CFO with the coordination of the budget process, ensuring alignment with strategic planning Provide support with detailed cash flow, forecasting and monthly analysis Providing support and guidance to the group on all technical accounting matters and the associated implications including support for M&A activities Support the CFO with preparation and presentation of key matters to the Audit & Risk Committee Support the CFO with strategic projects and any strategic financial analysis Responsible for development and enhancement of consolidation and financial reporting tools Maintenance and responsibility for group's fixed asset register Assistance with group taxation and treasury matters Responsibility for all group insurance activities The Expertise

To be considered for this opportunity it is likely you will possess the following:
CA qualified, ideally you commenced your career in audit at EY, KPMG, Deloitte, PwC or a leading Tier 2 firm Group accounting experience in a dynamic ASX company Strong accounting consolidation skills Experience within an multinational firm will be looked upon favourably Proven experience to create efficiencies in financial information flow Previous team management experience Superior communication skills to effectively manage and support internal and external stakeholders First movers from a Big4 Audit environment will be considered The Next Step
