Job summary
Whats the role? Partner with stakeholders to build and manage integrated lifecycle journeys to achieve strategic business objectives,covering programs for lead generation, nurture and conversion, member retention & business growthContribute to the development and implementation of marketing automation systems, governance, policies, and processes to capitalise on marketing data and intelligence aligned with accessibility and privacy legislationMaintain systems and processes to ensure best practices and data integrityCollect, analyse, and interpret data from various sources to support decision-making using tools such as Google Analytics, Dataroma, Adobe, Salesforce, and MS ExcelExecute end-to-end cross-channel campaign, including journey design/visualisation, implementation, asset build, test/QA and ongoing management.Who you areExperience with marketing automation platformsExperience working with customer data, knowledge of data architecture/models & safe handling of dataExperience interpreting briefs and aligning business needs to technical solutions in marketing automation platformsAble to communicate with technical stakeholders and marketing/business areas to reach common understandingStrong people and relationship management skillsWorking knowledge of: Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketo.Experience with B2B and B2C marketing programsExperience in developing with HTML/CSS/JS (Desirable)
