About Our ClientMy client is Australia's leading direct to consumer manufacturer, wholesaler and retailer of cabling, server racks and IT management and electrical accessories. With a new office in Hemmant, the team consists of Business Development Managers, Account Managers and Sales Support.
Job Description
This role will have the following responsibilities;
- Achieve set revenue and GP targets
-Develop profitable long- term relationships with new and existing customers
-Identify and successfully close new business opportunities
-Maintain a regular call cycle for new and existing customers
-Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotes and tenders
-Be a team player and represent company professionally at all times
-Provide regular updates to senior management on any major projects/activities/events that are relevant to the business
-Regularly attend Sales Meetings, training sessions and other business related activities as and required by the company
-Develop customer/product knowledge
-Keep up to date with current industry and competitor activity and provide market intelligence
-Sound knowledge in electrical, data and fibre optic products an
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will possess the following;
- Account Manager who is used to working to targets
- Proven track record in sales, account management and winning new business
- Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads
- Can demonstrate a knowledge off operational attention detail required to succeed in the industry
