About the role
The role is varied, so you will be willing and capable of getting involved in a spectrum of tasks pertaining to project and office administration, to drive the business forward, and support the executive team.
Key responsibilities
Project Administration
- Set up project meetings
- Manage day-to-day property queries
- Answer queries from Tenants and follow up on any issues raised
- Coordinate contractors for repairs and maintenance works required on site
- Follow up works and site visits as required (limited)
- Assist with minor project and fitouts through communication with consultants and external Project Managers
- Monitor and manage Project Managers for fitouts scope
- Assist in managing Work Health Safety across our dealerships and other sites.
- Reporting on any compliance topics of properties
- Work closely with landlords, building management and suppliers to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
Executive Assistance
- Diary monitoring when required
- Prepare presentations for internal management team
- Office administration duties (travel management, ordering stationery etc.)
- Liaising with our IT suppliers
- Maintain compliance regulations relating to WHS
Required skills
- Intermediate to Advanced PowerPoint skills
- Well-organised individual
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in an Office manager role (preferable)
- Property company experience (essential, or similar)
- Understanding of construction projects/design or Property Project Management (essential)
- Ability to fit in with a professional team, whilst having fun
- Displays strong common sense
