Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to operate an Out Front Mower competently.
- Experience in operating light plant including brush cutters and blowers.
- Previous experience in meeting all mowing targets and work in a safe manner in accordance with OH&S practices.
The Role: Mowing Hand/Brush Cutter
- Location - North Eastern Victoria
- Start Times: 7am-4pm Shifts (Mon-Fri)
- Temporary Role: 1-3 Months (38hrs a week)
- Looking for Hard working Individual
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating Front Mower and associated equipment required on various tasks and projects, within the mowing crew.
- Undertake basic horticultural maintenance not requiring any advanced botanical knowledge
- (Eg: Examples include cultivation, watering, pruning (ground level street and parks), weeding, mulching, fertilising, mowing, spraying, planting, chipper operation, chainsaw operation and hedge trimming.)
- Report any unsafe or abnormal occurrences within councils streets, parks and reserves.
- Collect litter in Parks to Standard
