Job summary
Primary purpose of the roleThe primary purpose of the role is to provide relationship management and communications support for key Operations interfaces including councils, infrastructure, utility agencies and large commercial landholder neighbours to support the operating Sydney Metro line. The role will manage and undertake day to day interface relationship management and engagement activities between Operations, Trains and Systems Contract and the Operating Line.
Accountabilities
Live the NSW Public Sector and organisational values to achieve outstanding outcomes for the organisation and customers Develop and maintain a complete precinct plan which identifies the key stakeholders and interfaces around the Licensed Maintenance Areas (LMA) on the Line Provide advice on key interface issues that could impact operations, precincts and place, and coordinate support and advice where required to ensure effective management and resolution Manage, develop or expand the existing interface agreements to ensure fitness for purpose relative to the evolving nature of Sydney Metro
Required Experience and Knowledge
Highly developed project planning and asset management expertise with a record of achievement in major rail infrastructure, including leading project teams in a multi-disciplinary environment Extensive experience in planning and delivering the integration of rail projects Experience in project interface management on large scale infrastructure projects in an urban environment Extensive knowledge of the structure of rail service delivery in NSW and the challenge associated with developing and delivering rail projects and the maintenance of operating rail lines.
