APS5 Service Support OfficerAbout the Team
Our highly sought client is seeking a Support Officer for their Contact Centre branch in Dandenong to undertake service delivery implementation and enhancement for participants and providers of the NDIS. As the main communication channel, the National Contact Centre (NCC) plays a pivotal role in responding to enquiries as first point of contact.
About the Role
The APS5 NCC Service Support (Labour Hire) is a team membership position and is accountable for organising their workflow and making independent decisions relating to an area of responsibility. The position will provide policy advice within an area of specialisation with advice based on policies and legislation.
The position will have a considerable level of contact with internal and external stakeholders and will be required to communicate with and provide advice on a range of matters to resolve moderately complex to complex enquiries.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Contributing to and drafting high level correspondence and reports.Contributing to the creation and review of training resources, scripting, learning & development material and work instructions.Providing feedback and support to teams to ensure quality outcomes.Contributing to process improvements and implementation.
