Your new role
- As the first point of contact for customers, you will be making and receiving inbound/outbound calls to the general public regarding product and services options
- Consistently providing excellent customer service and going above and beyond
- Provide guidance and knowledge to customers on the different product and service options based on their individual needs
- Learn and master multiple internal systems and software to use simultaneously
About you:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience working in contact centre environment is essential
- Previous experience working in claims or customer care experience working insurance or the finance sector is highly advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Service oriented mindset
- Ability to interpret and analyse information
- Excellent decision making and problem solving skills
- Positive and resilient professional focused on delivering the best possible results each and every day
- MUST have your own working laptop with up to date operating systems (cannot be Mac due to system limitations)
Role Details:
- The role is commencing on Monday 20th of June 2022
- Full time hours: rotating roster Monday to Friday 7:30am - 7:30pm
- 6 month casual assignment with a view to go permanent for the right candidate who excels in the role and aligns with the clients values
- Hybrid working model, office based in Adelaide CBD + work from home opportunity
