- Obtain your Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) at NO COST TO YOU.
- 12 month full time contract, working 36 hours a week with on the job training + 2 hours paid study time you will be paid for 38 hours a week guaranteed.
- 4 weeks a year of holiday leave.

About You
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Energetic and passionate about working in Aged Care
- Excited to work in a collaborative team environment
- Confident verbal, written and computer literacy skills
- Up to date with all immunisation, including triple dose of COVID-19 vaccination and flu (this will be paid for if your Flu Vax is not up to date).
- Ready to start in mid/late June and available full time (38 hours every week for 12 months from the start date).
- No previous qualifications are required - suitable for school leavers, recent graduates, return-to-work applicants, career-changers, etc.
A successful applicant must be willing to:
- Obtain a National Police Check (This will be paid for you).
- Sign a Stat Dec that you have no criminal history in any country (Stat Dec will be provided)
- Study towards and complete the Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing)
- Commit to full time work on a roster. Some of the rosters will involve day work, evening work, night work (overnight) and weekend work. Please note that higher rates of pay apply when working evenings, nights or weekends.
- Commit to flexibility
Whilst working with us you will be trained and mentored by our supportive and experienced team members, to gain all the necessary skills needed to complete your studies.
