The Role
Be on the front line of all Utemasters business interactions. This role blends administration, sales, customer service and product education. An exciting opportunity for a passionate, outgoing and energetic sales & customer relationship coordinator within a successful, supportive team environment. You will become a vehicle accessories Ambassador, answer customers technical product and pricing queries, and strengthen long-standing relationships with re-sellers. The position sits within our dedicated sales & customer relationship team all collaborating to ensure the end-to-end customer experience matches the quality of our products.
Duties IncludeInteract & Liaise with Customers by telephone (first response to inbound calls)Promptly follow up telephone, website and/or digital-based customer enquiriesEnsure timely resolutions to any customer concerns or queriesEnsure all administration & clerical duties are efficiently carried outProactively ensure that all customers needs & expectations are consistently exceeded.
About YouAn optimistic and enthusiastic person who enjoys customer interactions.Ability to professionally handle inbound call volumes of 30-50 calls per day.A team player with excellent telephone manner & communication skillsPersonable, empathic with exceptional listening & influencing ability.Computer literate with excellent keyboard skills & accuracy.Strong attention to detail with excellent administration & data management skills.A strong work ethic, calm under pressure, reliable & punctual.A quick thinker & problem solverExcellent conversational EnglishStrong time management, multi-tasking, and organisational skillsDesire to learn and develop a rewarding long-term career.
