Your New Role
You will be responsible for communicating and assistant customers who are renting a vehicle and in the process provide a high level of customer service and support. You will also be responsible for maintaing a product knowledge and awareness in order to effectively provide education and advice.
This is a full-time role hybrid role, working 5 days a week across a rotating roster. The company offices are based in Scoresby and you will needed in the office 3 days a week. Please only apply if you hold premanent residency or Australian/New Zealand citizenship.
Day-to-day you will:
- Assist customer who are renting a vehicle via phone and in writing
- Provide a consistently high level of customer service
- Escalate issues where appropriate and provide guidance and support over the phone
- Display a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to assist others
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
To be successful you will:
- Possess exceptional verbal and written communication
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Ideally possess 1-2 years experience in a call centre or customer service environment
- Feel comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
- Have a background in financial services or finance and leasing (desirable not essential)
