job detailsAn amazing opportunity has presented itself to work with our client, based in the Barossa, on a permanent basis. In this position you will be responsible for providing support on boarding/off boarding, employee relations, industrial relations, training creation and facilitation, talent processes and involvement in the implementation of strategic HR projects. You will support the ANZ supply business and contribute as a key member of the wider P&C Team.
The key responsibilities of this role entails:
- Providing HR guidance, advice and recommendations and acting as a trusted advisor to Supply people leaders.
- Deliver programmes aligned to the Global People & Culture Strategic Priorities and the companies Game Plan.
- Work alongside P&C Business Partners to provide expert advice, guidance and coaching to people leaders on a full range of employee relations matters ensuring compliance with legislation, enterprise agreements, policies and procedures.
- Support and assist people leaders on employee relations issues through to successful resolution including but not limited to team member coaching counselling issues (verbal) and disciplinary processes, up to written warnings
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of regional HR policies and processes to ensure managers and team members are enabled and empowered and the company is compliant
- Provide HR advice, data and education, working collaboratively with the P&C Supply team to manage team member lifecycle events from hire to retire.
- Support the delivery of people initiatives that enable a great place to work
About you
The successful candidate will be passionate about people, energetic and have excellent customer service. - Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management
- Demonstrated experience in ER & IR matters
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
- A sound understanding and knowledge of relevant employee relations legislation, awards and policies and contemporary workplace issues
- Proven ability to work with sensitive and confidential information
- Strong analytics, attention to detail and commercial acumen
