Job summary
We are a well established, Australian owned, national company that deals a lot within the healthcare, hospital and aged care sectors.Our head office is located near Auburn but this role will be largely in the field.
Our product suite includes both IT network equipment as well as Audio Visual equipment such as duress alarms, personal alert systems, TV and Video equipment.
Our customer base has continued to grow over the years and we are looking to appoint another technician to our field team.
Your work will be largely on site at customer sites including hospitals, aged care facilities, government departments and other mainly across the greater Sydney region, with the occasional regional trip required.
Your work will include installations, maintenance and service checks, network and hardware equipment testing and fault finding and rectification. Most of your work will be on site but you will also do some workshop work including equipment repairs, project staging and preparation for installations.
We are looking for a technician who is confident around basic networks, both wired and wireless, who is willing to learn our products and has fundamental troubleshooting and fault rectification experience, has done cabling nd installations and may have worked with IT systems, security or camera systems or other AV products.
The position comes with a competitive salary, fully maintained work vehicle and does have an on call allowance plus overtime paid on after hours call outs.
