About the role
You will be responsible for delivering a high standard of quality resident care in accordance with the individual needs of residents and coordination of aged care staff.
You will oversee the clinical assessment process to ensure that our residents' complex care needs are identified, regularly reviewed, and care plans updated.
You will advocate with and for our residents to enable choice and decision making that supports independence and quality of life.
You will support your team by sharing your knowledge, providing mentoring and clinical supervision when on duty.
We have a combination of casual, part time and full-time roles available. Minimum commitment of 16 hours per week.
Skills and experienceRegistered Nurse with AHPRA registration. We welcome both experienced and new graduate nurses.Experience or interest in working in Residential Aged CareKnowledge of Aged Care Quality StandardsA current Criminal Record Check or NDIS Worker CheckExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCPR & First aid certificate desirable
