job detailsThis role is perfect for someone who is at the start of their HR career and wanting to gain experience in a large, fast-paced organisation. You will need a qualification majoring in Human Resources and Industrial Relations. Some HR related experience is useful, but not required. The company is based in Ryde and offers hybrid working, after the initial training period.
As a key part of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop into an HR generalist and to guide line managers in all parts of the employee lifecycle. With the support of your team, day to day duties will include:
- Involvement in talent and development management processes
- Liaising with key internal stakeholders, including HR Business Partners and HR Services
- Providing basic advice on entitlements, enterprise agreements, employee benefits and policies
- Contract Checking
- With support, conducting investigations and dealing with conduct performance management issues.
- Enterprise bargaining involvement
- Employee Engagement initiatives
- Change Projects
- Supporting annual HR processes, such as performance reviews and ratings
- Ad-hoc project work to support the wider team
