We are looking for Part-Time and Casual Commis Chefs to join the Culinary team at Treasury Brisbane. In this role, you will lead a section of the kitchen and be responsible for the success of your station. What are we looking for? A certificate in Commercial Cookery and prior experience in an up-market, high-volume operation are desirable Experience working in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of European, Australian or Asian cooking styles Flexibility to work on a rotating roster that can include days, evenings, weekends and public holidays Ability to work collaboratively and create positive relationships with others
