We are one of Australia's fastest growing flexible workspace providers with a passion for delivering stunning workspaces and fantastic customer service.We are seeking a new Business Centre Manager with a positive and enthusiastic outlook. The role available is based at our stunning new Milton centre.
Purpose of your role:
As Business Centre Manager, you will be responsible for maintaing and increasing the occupancy and profitability of the centre, along with delivering high level customer experiences by learning the ins and outs of our community of businesses, providing a warm welcoming environment, and ensuring the operations and client invoicing are delivered in a timely and accurate manner.
About the Role:
As Business Centre Manager, youll meet regularly with the Area Director and Sales Team Lead to deliver a efficient and well run centre. Youll be encouraged to bring forward ideas and insights you are passionate about and to be open, reflective, and collaborative.
Responding to the space needs of members to ensure their experience is a successful one.Responsible for responding to inbound sales leads to convert to office tours and signups (sales commission scheme is in place)Coordinating office move-ins and outs, including adding/removing furniture as requested, cabling desks and other ad hoc manual tasksTaking responsibility to ensure the kitchen areas and meeting rooms are always presented well and are ready for community use.Management of centre operations including access passes, stocktake items and client invoicing.Coordinate with Centre Customer Service Rep to support clients moving in/out of the space, ensure office condition reports are completed in a timely fashionCoordinating onsite maintenance and works as required, as well as building and maintaining relationships with key external contractors
