The Role:
This role is offered with one of the world's largest mining organisations on a 12-month contract in their Brisbane office. will be responsible for supporting strategy development of minerals processing assets using their knowledge of business processes and following company principles.
Accountabilities for the role include but are not limited to:
- Supports the project team various logistics, administration, and stakeholder engagement and communication duties.
- Ensure the project is adhering to its organisational change management obligations i.e. decisions are documented and communicated, stakeholders are being engaged effectively, and presentation materials are on brand.
- Assist the project team by coordinating meetings, inductions, workshops, travel coordination and logistics.
- Assist the change management staff with rolling out change training to all team members to ensure teams are capable of maintaining the best practice engagement and communication
- Review and update technical documents (e.g. manuals)
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and presentations on projects as needed
- Miscellaneous project support as required.
Experience and background required for this position:
- Previous experience working as a document controller, office administrator or office coordinator will be highly regarded.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint will be required.
- Great communication skills, networking skills and teamwork.
