Key duties
- Dealing with in person and telephone enquiries
- Process all orders from walk in customers and online
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints and queries
- Ensuring accurate information is recorded
- Assist sales team with orders, stock and delivery stocks
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Always stay up to date with company knowledge and products
Who are you?
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office
- Ability to positively influence customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience using multiple CRM systems is an advantage
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Experience within the manufacturing & construction industry is highly regarded.
