Job Description
- Representing the organisation and it's brand in business meeting
- Articulating the story and capabilities of the organisation to new clients
- On boarding new clients and identifying new opportunities to solve client problems
- Being the client's advocate and championing and maintaining the client experience
- Managing the work flow through the studio and making sure the organisations high quality work standards are maintained
- Running weekly work in progress meetings with staff
- Oversight of projects to ensure completion within budget and on time
- Contributing to LinkedIn and social media posts, and marketing/advertising activities
- Supporting the CEO in operational activities including interviewing new team members and identify opportunities for improvement in processes and systems
- Attendance at monthly finance meetings to review new business, work in progress, organisational and financial performance
The Successful Applicant
- Experience in a client facing role within Branding, Advertising, Digital or Marketing industries with a Consulting or Agency background
- Great communication skills with the ability to relate to clients and build and maintain relationships
- Experience and understanding of managing multiple projects and seeing projects through from briefing to delivery
- An understanding of the design and the creative process with the ability to work with a wider team on achieving outcomes and projects
- Ability to adapt and work autonomously when required as well as work with other team members on executing key deliverables
- High attention to detail with a strong work ethic
