About you
To be successful in this position, you will need to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, have previously demonstrated experience leading teams in busy environments and have proven examples of remaining focussed and coming to functional solutions and outcomes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.and also come from a Warehouse or manufacturing environment. The company will also be invested in offering continued personal development throughout your career.
Qualifications & Attributes:
- Tertiary qualifications in Logistics/Management
- Minimum 3+ year's experience in an DC/Warehouse leadership role
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
About the role
This role is responsible for Monitoring and maintaining current inventory level by evaluating and managing stock rotation procedures. Managing the quality assurance of products. Developing and implementing standards of product inspection. Resolving inventory queries/issues internally and externally with the relevant Team Members.
Role will include
- Team Management
- Working closely with internal stakeholders within DC Operational leadership team
- Inventory Management
- Quality Assurance
- Ensuring safety policies and procedures are followed
- Coordinating multiple small teams
- Performing user and product audits
Manage daily reports and ageing stock and generate reports as required
