Job summary
Position: Statewide Rural Generalist CoordinatorLocation: Negotiable within Rural and Regional Victoria
EFT/Hours: 1.0 EFT (80 hours per fortnight)
Status: Fixed Term Full time until 10th August 2023
Salary/Hourly rate: $147,324 per annum plus 10% superannuation

About the Role:
Coordinating health services in each of the five regions (Barwon South West, Grampians, Loddon Mallee, Hume and Gippsland) will employ dedicated staff (hosted at a health service within the region) to coordinate the rural generalist training program and provide a case coordination function to trainees to assist them in navigating their training and developing relationships with health services linked to employment opportunities.
What we are looking for:Demonstrated written communication skills and experience in writing reports, funding submissions and plans.Capacity to negotiate and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve identified program objectives.Ability to support and manage staff remotely.A strong facilitator and stakeholder manager with proven experience in conflict resolution.Able to take initiative and work to tight timeframes.Demonstrated proficiency using standard office software applications.Ability to collect and analyse data and prepare reports and recommendations.Demonstrated experience communicating and developing networks with clinicians in a healthcare setting.Qualifications and experience in health administration or project management Evidence of full immunisation against Covid-19
