The Position:
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Efficiently process and follow up on orders and enquiries through internal database
- Ability to communicate effectively via email and phone
- Advise customers of ETAs and stock enquiries
- Provide product advice to customers to ensure their requirements are met
- Must have at least 2 years of previous experience in Customer Service
The Candidate:
- Proven experience in a similar office based Customer Service role
- Well spoken and demonstrate a positive, empathetic attitude
- The ability to pick up a vast product range
- Have high attention to detail
- Sales Savvy and has worked with KPIs before
- Knowledge of the Automotive industry (Not a must but will be an advantage)
- Valid Drivers Licence
