-Full Time position (3days/week immediately, increasing to 4-5days within 3months)

A highly desirable full books and full-time position is available for a dentist to practice all aspects of general dentistry in a friendly, patient focused environment. Choice Dental is located in Browns Plains, Brisbane - a diverse, highly populated community with strong demand for family, complex restorative, orthodontic and cosmetic dentistry.
We are a full-service general dentistry practice where exceptional patient care and outstanding patient communication skills are mandatory and expected. The applicant will have access to everything required to perform at the highest level including:
iTero 5D Scanner, NSK SurgicPro Implant Motor, Digital Xrays, OPG/CBCT, DSLR Macro cameras, intraoral cameras, All Invisalign/Fixed Braces Orthodontic Equipment, ProTaper Next Rotary Endo, Apex Locators, GuttaCore Obturator systems, V3s, Automatrix, and more.
You will also be supported by Career-Driven DA's and Front Office Coordinators who take pride in ensuring your patients and appointment books are looked after.
Currently our 4 dentists, 1 denture prosthetist and 2 OHTs are all passionate about delivering comprehensive patient care while also equally passionate about supporting and sharing our knowledge with the successful applicant. Collectively, our existing dentists are trained in Fixed and Functional Appliance Orthodontics (EODO and IAAD trained), Invisalign (Molis Coaching/BOSS Invisalign Course), TADs (Dr. Chris Chang Mini Residency Graduate), Complex Full Mouth Resin and Ceramic Restorative Rehabs (Tony Rotondo Prosthodontic Mini-Residency Graduates; Michael Melkers Occlusion course graduates; Didier Dietschi/Jason Smithson Advanced Composite graduates; Lincoln Harris course attendees, SPEAR Online attendees), Advanced Communication Courses (PrimeSpeak/Prime Practice/Mark Hassad Trained), and therefore can give practical and hands-on mentoring to the successful candidate who may also be a past (or future) attendee of any of these exceptional and comprehensive CPD programs.
For applicants looking for mentorship, the principal dentist is a proven mentor by volunteering annually (since 2020) in the ADAQ Mentoring Program and has enjoyed being a part of the career development of more recent graduates.
We have a strong hygiene department lead by 2 fantastic Oral Health Therapists and as such, if you are looking for workdays where you are doing less scale and cleans, and more restorative/rehabilitation dentistry, this position may suit you.

The ideal applicant must possess:
· A genuine passion for Dentistry
· Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills and be willing to attend comprehensive communication courses (Primespeak/Mark Hassad/etc) if they have not already
· The desire and willingness to take Intra-oral camera photos for every New Patient Examination (this requirement is non-negotiable)
· A humble, ethical, positive team attitude and be coachable
· Upmost respect for support and administration staff
· A long-term view of secure employment if successful with the application
