The Learning Coordinator works with all members of the Amazon team and is an advocate for continuous learning and development for AMZL. They play a pivotal role, as they will support introducing new hires to the Amazon culture and work hand in hand with process leads and team managers within AMZL to drive talent and skill development within the business alongside performance and capability improvement. The individual in this position will provide high-level program facilitation and administrative management.

The position will be responsible for deploying and executing learning & training AMZL plans to support Delivery Station execution, aligned with Learning & Development strategy. This role will be focused on developing material and training sessions execution with current and new Delivery Associates, focused on improving operational metrics by standardizing process execution.

A successful Learning Coordinator will build effective working relationships with stakeholders and all team members within the organization to establish a healthy learning culture. They will also lead quality initiatives, process change initiatives and assist the business to achieve year on year improvements within its operating plan.

- Develop, assess, track, and facilitate training related programs for new and current employees, including team manager and lead roles.
- Work closely with stakeholders and relevant team members for preparation, development & coordination of training events based on site/regional needs.
- Contributes to continuous learning improvement and additional training projects as required and ensures learning content is customized to meet local needs
- Builds strong trust with peer(s) across the global AMZL team and collaborates on global learning projects
- Maintains information about new learning launches, events and performance support materials
- Owns reporting for learning on all training sessions, attendance, learner feedback etc.
- Documents feedback and audit results to help associates identify strengths as well as area of improvement.
- Solves problems, reacts quickly and productively, serves as a resource for specific problems and undertakes appropriate steps to resolve
- Seeks ongoing skill development on an ongoing basis (i.e., participating and conducting skill classes, cross-training, etc.).

Basic Qualifications:

- Knowledge Management/ Process Training / Learning and Development Experience
- Experience of working in a Shared Service Centre, Human Resources or Professional Organization
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills along with outstanding facilitation skills
- Demonstrates expertise in learning content development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, SharePoint, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to clearly communicate complex information and to effectively motivate small and large groups
- Conversant in basic learning principles and methodologies, and their practical applications
- Basic leadership skills and coaching and mentoring experience
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with LMS and LRS tools
- Experience with basic instructional design and content design tools
- In-depth knowledge & experience in performance evaluation and driving metrics
- Experience in facilitating training
- Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy
- Willingness to work different shifts and travel within a localized region to support other sites
- Understanding of Delivery Station processes and flow

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with LMS and LRS tools
- Experience with basic instructional design and content design tools
- In-depth knowledge & experience in performance evaluation and driving metrics
- Experience in facilitating training
- Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy

This role is a Casual Contract with a view to permanency/extension dependent on business requirements and performance. You will work Monday-Friday 4AM-12:30PM. Shift days and times may change during Amazon peak period. You are required to work on-site at Amazons' Mulgrave Location.
