Job Description
As an Account Manager you are a key component in the life-cycle of the project, your exemplary planning, scheduling and evaluatory skills laying the foundation for a successful outcome. Responsible for the management of all client communications, the presentation of quotes, delivery and project feedback, assisting in delivering a successful client experience, with legendary Service at the core of everything you do.
This Client manufactures and project manages the following products.
- Aluminum Windows
- Engineered Timber Flooring
- Custom Cabinetry & Joinery
- Natural Stone and Tiling
The Successful Applicant
- Qualifications in a Business degree or a related field, or equivalent experience within the Construction industry (Office based)
- Must have 2 years + of experience in being a key point of contact for external client and managing key accounts
- A minimum of 2 years + of experience within the Construction space in a sales capacity
- Must have strong financial/analytical acumen
- Must have effective stakeholder management and negotiation skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to work both autonomously and within the team
