About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and driven Motorcycle Sales Consultant to with our passionate team of Bike Sales Executives to strive to exceed targets and provide an exceptional customer experience for everyone in our industry. We love what we do and we want to share it with each person who walks through our door.
Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and develop existing and new customers through building strong relationships and consistency of follow-ups.Use ethical sales methods to optimise quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.Respond to and follow up all sales enquiries via phone, online or walk ins using appropriate methods.Ensure each customer has a strong introduction to the Parts/Accessories team and F&I team.Diligence in following up all customer paperwork, with a strong attention to detailConsistently keeping up to date with product knowledge and new models and trends in the Motorcycle industry
You will have2 years previous experience in an Automotive sales roleBasic computer literacy, Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook, InternetKnowledge and understanding of all aspects of the Road to a SaleTechnical knowledge relating to motorcycles is preferredExcellent Phone manner and communication skillsExperience working in a multi-franchise environment is desirableExperience working in a high pressure team environment
A strong passion for motorbikes and a current bike licence will be a huge advantage!
