job detailsRandstad is currently seeking a Project Manager who can operate with excellence and expertise with solid attention to detail and establish and maintain relationships. Our partnering department is looking for someone enthusiastic and not afraid of a challenge whilst making a positive difference and impacting emergency services in Victoria.
About the role
As a committed team player, the Project Manager will manage the end to end delivery of the Privacy Framework project, ensuring that time, budget, compliance and quality objectives are met together with managing scope, schedules, risks, issues, budgets and reporting in line with Ambulance Victoria's Project Management Framework. The Project Manager will manage and oversee all aspects of the project, providing leadership in the implementation, spanning multiple delivery streams, accountable for risk management, quality assurance and complete project delivery at key milestones.
What you will need to exceed
- Knowledge in Privacy and Information Legislation or previous implementation of a privacy framework would be highly regarded.
- Extensive experience in successfully establishing and managing projects for large, complex service delivery organisations.
- Demonstrated understanding and experience of project and/or program management methodologies and change management methodologies.
- Extensive experience in stakeholder consultation and facilitation.
- Experience in implementing projects relating to Privacy, health information, personal information or similar would be highly regarded.
- Ability to plan and implement change and communication strategies to support the changes being introduced by the project.
- Familiarity with project management in the public sector and an awareness of issues relating to a government environment.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to deliver specialist and authoritative advice, clear instruction, effective workshops, and professional presentations/reports to engage and influence key stakeholders, senior management and teams.
