Job Description
Optimise and execute operations processes as a shared service resource to support the operations team in identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities to enable optimal services to be delivered to our customers
- Improving warehouse, production, and processes to improve Safety, Environment, Quality, Delivery and Efficiency metrics
- Analysing supply chain data, facility layout and operational data for reporting and process improvement project pipeline generation
- Provide high level analysis to ensure appropriate measures are in place covering all significant aspects of emerging issues or trends
The Successful Applicant
- Tertiary qualification (or equivalent experience) in a relevant discipline including: Logistics, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Engineering, Business Qualification (or equivalent experience) in process improvement methodologies (for example, Six Sigma, Lean)
- 2-4 years' experience delivering business improvement with exposure to warehouse management
- Experience working in a "Lean" manufacturing environment an advantage
- Knowledge of SAP and Material Management module
- Ability to work autonomously and flexibly on projects with a high level of ambiguity
