We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of admin duties and have similar experience.
As Office Administrator it will be your main responsibility to manage all aspects of organising the office area and filing systems.
Responsibilities include:Organising the office area in a tidy & efficient manner, Manage sign-in book,Answer phone take messages & record leads,Keep track of regular schedules for -Electrical Test & tag,Lifting Equipment test & tag,Gantry cranes maintenance,Machinery maintenance. Keep track of workers start dates and review dates / anniversaries,Employee matrix tickets, Office filing Employee files Employee details sheet,Tickets.Project files Labelled and dividersTimesheets Reviewing daily start & finish times & updating uAttend, Raising any discrepancies with the factory supervisor.Cleaner keeping track of cleaning days and ensure cleaning is carried out & any specific requirements are advised to cleaner,Office supplies keeping track of office supplies inventory and ordering, Organising and arranging company events.
Skills & Experience:Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role,Relevant tertiary education highly desirable,Strong oral and written communication skills,Ability to operate with minimal supervision,Good problem solving, investigative and conflict resolution skills,Strong time management skills while showcasing attention to detail,Experience using One Drive, Microsoft Office - Excel, Outlook, Word, Bluebeam applications,Ability and willingness to learn and adapt whilst on the job,Proven ability to build cohesive relationships with internal and
external stake holders.
This is a Full-Time permanent position to start immediately.
This role will be located in our production facility in Naval Base.
