Job summary
The RoleToll People are looking for experienced Administrators and Customer Service Reps for perm and temp vacancies that are full time hours. We are looking for candidates with who ideally have a background in Transport along with general administration, data entry and phone based customer service.

Tracking and booking Express Freight requestsAssisting with inquiries including POD's, ETA's and following up on missing/late freightCall Centre freight troubleshootingEscalationsGeneral admin / data entryEntering of runsheetsDriver debriefingDriver paperworkComplianceSkills & Experience
Previous experience in a similar role, ideally with experience in the transport and logistics industryStrong written and verbal communication skillsComputer literate in Microsoft Office suite with high Excel skill levelExperience in general administrative dutiesCustomer focusedAbility to problem solve and think outside the boxAbout Toll People
