Inbound calls, email and chat response about courses, enrolments processes and payments.Outbound follow up service calls.Proactively promote the organisations range of products and services to increase conversions.Coordinate customer service requests and transactions in a contact centre environment, providing general information and professional advice ensuring customer needs are continuously met.Identify new business opportunities through inbound and outbound channels for the organisation.Achieve individual key performance indicators including adherence, data quality, convert opportunity and average handle time.
When will I do it?
You will work Monday to Friday in a rotating roster between the hours of 8.00am and 5.30pm. There will be some weeks where you are required to work extended hours till 8pm. You must be able to commit to every day of the assignment . As a temporary employee you will be remunerated on an hourly rate of $32.83 per hour plus super. These roles are supporting a peak business period commencing for training from 30 May at South Brisbane. During training hours will be 9.00am - 4.00pm (30-32.5hrs/wk). Following training, hours will ramp up to 36.25 - 38hrs per week with then some overtime requirements during the peak periods. Some weekend work during peak periods may be required. Multiple positions are available.
What will you bring to the role?
You will have a real passion for customer service and a genuine interest in helping people - this is not just a job but an opportunity to change lives.You will have strong previous contact centre customer service experience.Inbound sales experience is desirableYou will have a desire for learning and ongoing self-education.You will enjoy working through problems and providing solutions.You will be a strong team player, with the ability to work autonomously while providing individual phone service to members.You will be able to pick up and use multiple systems on each call.NB: These positions will work for an approximate duration through until late July. Some opportunities for extension may become available. You must be available every day of the assignment. No leave will be considered during this peak business period. A compulsory criminal history check will be conducted for shortlisted candidates.
