About the roleMater's Digital Technology and Innovation Division (DTI) have an exciting opportunity for three experienced and dynamic Senior Project Managers to join the team. The roles will be offered as full-time for a fixed-term period of 24 months, and be focused on either, the Business Systems or Digital Health streams. Initial projects to be delivered include: Patient Administration Services and Billing Project (WebPAS) Service Delivery Portal Project (Cherwell) Laboratory Information System replacement
As a key Mater Program team member, you will provide senior project management over your allocated project(s). You will develop and support your team to produce project delivery plans, build and monitor benefits management plans, drive user uptake and report on progress. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with senior leaders and business representatives to deliver on the intent of the projects, leading the Digital Healthcare or Business Systems workstreams. The role will be accountable to the Project Sponsor/s and relevant Project Steering Committees.

What youll be doing Leadership of the Project teams within the Digital Healthcare and Business Systems Program Governance of overall workstream performance, with a specific focus on fiscal hygiene, driving an outcome-based approach and ongoing project delivery improvement Overall responsibility for managing the successful delivery of all components required to deliver the Project scope of work Promote the project goals, manage communications, and quickly establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders Coordinate the delivery across Mater Group addressing challenges associated with specific components as well as addressing specific/tailored needs and requirements Manage and monitor the project using the Maters methodologies, processes, and approaches that identify and capture risks, issues, actions, and dependencies. Prepare regular progress reports and supporting documents as required for the Steering Committee(s) Manage escalated risks in collaboration with the Project Sponsors within agreed tolerances, escalate and report any Project risks in a timely manner Drive a fit for purpose change management strategy using a structured methodology and leadership of engagement and adoption activities working closely with the relevant Program Engagement and Adoption Manager Provide advice to the Steering Committee on all aspects of the project Design and develop components of the work to be delivered, including but not limited to communications and promotional material, impact assessments, and mitigation strategies
About you
To be considered for this role you will have lead complex projects successfully in a similar role within a large and complex organisation coupled with the below: Certificate or Diploma in Project Management; and/or Prince2 Certification and/or PMP
