We are sourcing multiple case managers for our clients in Government to support their initiatives at APS6 and EL1 level. We are in search of high-performing individuals who have strong communication, decision-making and stakeholder engagement skills.
Your duties will include but not limited to:
...
- Provide support assist with reports, liaison with the provider and problem solving
- Take the lead for less complex cases
- Support the work of the APS 5 and APS6 in the team
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage own work and support team planning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Well-developed stakeholder engagement skills.
