Purpose of the role:
We strive to provide strong HR/business leadership advice and assistance to managers and employees, ensuring there is clear vision underpinned by sound business planning, executive and accountability. We work to enable strong performance consistent with our organization's strategic vision, mission and values.
We specifically require an experienced, tertiary qualified practitioner with high-level skill in:
Industrial Relations/ Employee RelationsWorkforce planning/recruitment and selection techniquesEmployee development and training including leadership developmentReviewing and developing policy and proceduresManaging underperformance and misconduct with sound adviceProvide HR related trainingHRIS experience (Employee Connect is what we use)Working collaboratively with FInance/PayrollProjects including research; development, planning and execution.
