Your Opportunity

This is a fantastic role offering workplace flexibility and an outstanding culture. This busy and detailed role, reporting to Legal Counsel with a dotted line to the Royalties Manager, will make you responsible for providing contract and administrative support to the team.

Contract administration includes coordinating and reviewing licensing agreements, bi-annual royalties reporting, maintaining databases, reporting, tracking and general administrative support.

This is a broad and diverse role that will keep you challenged and energised. It will allow you to use your multi tasking skills, as well as your organised and analytical mind.

You will work with a high volume of legal and confidential documentation and support a business critical part of this successful organisation.

Your Profile

You are an experienced Administrator, either from contracts management or royalties (or ideally both) and can manage multiple administrative tasks with excellent attention to detail.

You may be looking for a new opportunity, or may be looking for flexibility with a part time role. Ideally you bring experience with royalties (therefore likely to be from the arts or publishing), however more general contracts administration will also be considered.

Experience working in an administrative role from an inhouse legal environment may also suit.

You enjoy a warm, professional culture in an environment where employees appreciate the culture and thrive and often stay long term. You learn quickly, have excellent accuracy in your work and are comfortable working with templates and numbers.

Strong Excel and Word skills are essential and experience with Biblio will be highly regarded.

Your Benefits

This is a permanent part time role (full time will be considered), working 3 days in their lovely offices in Sydney's CBD, and, if you are seeking 4-5 days/week, you can work the rest from home. Salary package is $72,000 to $82,500 and may be flexible depending on your relevant experience (ie. publishing and royalties experience).
