Join our Technology division and bring high levels of energy and motivation to deliver outcomes with a diverse range of stakeholders.an experienced Service Manager/Governance and Assurance Analyst with 2+ years experience, you will play a critical role in supporting our service. Your skills in service and risk management complemented with your knowledge in the infrastructure arena will make you an invaluable member of the Networks team.
Our Networks team is responsible for delivering the core Data Network and Network Security technology services critical to our business needs. Our businesses have a high dependency on technology and need the ability to both move products quickly to market, be scalable but also be robust and stable.
You will work closely with the businesses, technology, and internal stakeholders and support key Network assurance areas such as service, asset and risk management including obsolescence and process improvements.
Your Key Responsibilities will include: vendor governance - working with vendors to ensure all reporting requirements are produced in preparation for governance and vendor meetings supporting the management of risks, actions and issues reviewing Service Delivery requirements inline with Macquarie standards (SLA, Metrics, Governance and Controls Assurance) with Service Owners, Networks Assurance Manager and vendors obsolescence compliance tracking and management publishing and communicating all workflow and procedural changes to the global team, providing coaching and an escalation point. identifying opportunities for process improvements asset Record management
The following attributes would be highly desirable: understanding of compliance and risk management in a banking or finance related industry experience in dealing with an outsource vendor or managed service provider project management disciplines to deliver outcomes are preferred an understanding of the ITIL Service Management framework power Bi or Database query language.
