Running a few companies and I think its time I get some help, otherwise, Ill be pulling my hair out and tbh, Ive got none leftSo looking for a Part Time PA flexible hours to be my right hand person that would help me in a variety of tasks I need to get done.
A bit about me, I am the Principal of a Real Estate Agency during the day Xperience Realty and very lucky that I love doing this and get to work with a bunch of people that I call my family.
And if I wasnt busy enough, Ive got a few other entities that I run which mainly revolve in the alcohol world.Rum Revolution Rum Festivals throughout AustraliaRum Runners Australia wide Rum Membership ProgramTiki Mugs Australia name sorta gives it awayAlso run and created the Australian Rum Awards
If that wasnt enough, we also have a company based in the Philippines called Time2Outsource ANDDDDDD Im working on opening 5 more companies before the year is over. Hence, I need some help.
Some tasks include:Managing my diary and appointmentsPosting out parcels of items that we sell to aussie postDoing research on various topics for me ie. Finding suppliers, obtaining price lists, etc.Liaising with all my rum friends and suppliers Handling all the Instagram accounts and replying to all my fans (dont worry its only mum)Assistance with organizing the events I runDoing various bits and pieces for me that I dont have time to doFamily errands here and thereAny cooking and juicing for me would be great JUST KIDDING!
Nothing crazy but I think this role will develop as we figure out capabilities of the person and how well we work together.

Id like to think Im quite easy to work with but I do need someone that can support me as all these companies continue to grow and have some flexibility with doing what I need to get done.
Initially, can start off with 10 15 hours per week with room to grow and the rate of $25 per hour plus super. Generally, Monday to Friday but with all the rum festivals we run, there maybe some weekend work involved but dont worry, will make sure you have fun.
I am very proud of our little family and our culture and what weve built and looking for the right team member to join us. We work hard, but have heaps of fun as well (sometimes, too much!). Im taking the team to Tassy for the weekend (itll be all work and no fun oh what, its tassy whiskey weekend as well wow, what a coincidence!)
Anyhoo, we are expecting the best out of people and want them to really go the extra mile. Aside the usual BS of writing our requirements down about time management blah blah blah, were looking for someone unique, someone that is a 12 out of 10 and if you are that person, we will take care of you.
Not to mention all the booze you can drink (yes, we have a bar in the back!)
