Role overview
We are looking for an experienced residential Property Manager to deliver end-to-end portfolio management to our landlords. This is an excellent opportunity for an industry professional seeking a new challenge with an innovative company eager to expand.
This position offers a lot of variety and opportunities to finetune your stakeholder management skills. The role focuses on liaising with landlords and tenants, conducting entry and exit inspections & reports, new tenant applications & sign ups, maintenance management, lease renewals and rent reviews. You will be supported by a designated receptionist and administrative assistant.
This position gives a driven individual a chance to learn and embrace all facets of portfolio and stakeholder relationship management.
Main responsibilities:
End-to-end portfolio management
Stakeholder relationships management
Ongoing repairs and maintenance coordination
Rent reviews, lease renewals and arrears
Conducting routine, ingoing, and final inspections and reports
What we are looking for:
Industry experience
Certificate of Registration or Licence
A valid Drivers Licence
Ability to problem solve and achieve positive outcomes
Focus on excellent customer service
Good communications skills
Good time management and organisational skills
