The Role
To onboard new retailers onto the etika platform and manage their expectations during the early stages of their relationship with etika. Ensuring a smooth implementation of etikas offering across all sales channels in a timely manner, by positioning yourself as the key contact internally with all departments and with the retailer.
Responsibilities:
Become an expert in etikas offering and understand the Retail Finance market & sectors, competitors and etikas USPs for all retailers managed.
Build and maintain close working relationships with retailers, to be the face of etika for them.
Embrace etikas core values to ensure your actions always align and promote them.
Internal responsibilities
Work within a highly driven Sales team and collaborate with other team members to achieve team targets and support where possible.
Setting up and maintaining onboarding plans to provide visibility on projects to key internal stakeholders.
Manage a handover process from the Salesperson to take ownership of the retailer once contracts are signed and onboarding is pending.
With the majority of opportunities being for retailer websites, working closely with the Technology team to ensure a smooth integration of the etika platform is key.
Work with the Compliance team to ensure all regulatory and etika sign offs are completed before launch.
Once retailers are live there will be a requirement to monitor performance with the support of the Credit Risk and Customer Support teams.
Ensure all sales channels and promotions are compliant with etika and regulatory guidelines, liaising with the Compliance team and the retailer to achieve this.
All activity should be documented in Salesforce.com and onboarding plans will be established to ensure transparency in account plans and opportunities.
External responsibilities
Build strong working relationships with all key departments within retailers based on trust, integrity and driving their onboarding forward to embed the etika solution within their business.
Host regular meetings (F2F & Online) with all retailers.
Complete and share regular updates with retailers with a focus on highlighting next steps, possible solutions, retailer requirements and timeline expectations.
Complete training sessions for users of the etika platform to ensure competency.
Whilst promoting etika values to users to ensure they offer finance in a fair and transparent way to all customers.
Understand opportunities and integration options for all Sales channels and manage these implementations between the retailer and etika departments, with a focus on Tech and Compliance.
Resolve retailer concerns and issues in a timely manner and escalate internally appropriately.
Required skills and experience:
You have demonstrable experience onboarding new retailers and taking ownership of this process.
You are adept at using a consultative account management approach and have a demonstrable track record of retailer account management.
You know how to manage multi-layered relationships across a business.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with an ability to think analytically under time pressure.
Excellent business analysis and problem-solving skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to construct business plans/proposals that clearly display value and illustrate risk reduction for all parties.
Proficient Salesforce.com and MS Office user.
Basic salary: $110k-$120k plus superannuation and incentives.
Location: Lavender Bay, Sydney. Hybrid-working.
